We are hiring! Travel Advisor
At Let’s Go Tours by Amathus we believe that the most wonderful trips start with the people who organize them. So our success is based solely on our wonderful team which we want to grow by hiring a Travel Consultant for our office in Nicosia.
The duties:
Design and sale of travel services
Telephone and personal customer service to determine their needs and advise on the appropriate destination, dates and cost of travel
Informing and providing travelers with relevant information about their trip
Your contribution is important in creating lasting relationships with our customers
What are we looking for?
Previous experience of at least 2 years as a travel consultant
Pleasant personality and responsibility
Ability to effectively present and communicate
Excellent sales skills and customer focused approach
Good knowledge of the travel industry and all aspects of leisure travel
Ability to organize and manage crises
Thorough knowledge of travel software (electronic reservation systems, GDS) as well as use of the internet to retrieve information
Passion for travel and appetite for continuous learning and development
Available in Greek and English. Knowledge of additional languages and especially Russian will be considered an advantage
A degree in travel or sales/marketing would be an advantage
Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred.
Although we are looking for someone with experience, we are open to people with no previous experience who will impress us with their interpersonal skills and personality.
