Day 1: Larnaca. Thessaloniki, Kastoria

Meeting at Larnaca Airport and departure for Thessaloniki. Arrival, pick up by our partners and transfer to the hotel.
Arrangement in the rooms and free time for city walks and optional dinner. Overnight.


Day 2: Kastoria, Prespes

Departure for the famous city of furs and one of the most beautiful cities of northern Greece, surrounded by the imposing mountains Grammos and Vitsi and the safe waters of Lake Orestiada, Kastoria. Built amphitheatrically, on a narrow peninsula, it amazes visitors with its endless beauty, nobility and serene aura. Arrival and a first acquaintance with the city with its many mansions and Byzantine churches and we continue to Prespes where we will reach in about 30 minutes. Picturesque lakes on the border with the former Yugoslavia, a national park with parks with hundreds of pelicans and other birds.


Day 3: Kastoria, Dryovouno, Mikrokastro, Siatista, Kastoria

The best way to get a "global" view of the city is today by making the small round of the lake, starting from the south beach and ending in the north. Relaxation and calm are the first emotions that overwhelm you, as you wander the narrow lakeside road. Dense beeches and spectacular plane trees delimit the route, creating an almost eerie backdrop. At the sergiani you are required to stop at the Dragon Cave with the seven underground lakes and the ten rooms that have an impressive stalactite decoration. Within walking distance of the lake, the old quarters of Dolcho and Apozari.


Day 4: Kleisoura, Nymfaio, Niki, Ohrid

Prepare luggage and say goodbye to beautiful Kastoria. We proceed to the village of Kleisoura 32 km from Kastoria to visit the monastery of the Nativity of the Virgin of the 15th century, we pass through the beautiful villages of Lechovo, Asprogeia and optional lunch in a traditional restaurant. Then we will get to know the preserved traditional settlement of Nymfaio on the slopes of Mount Vernos at an altitude of 1,346 m. Day 5: Ohrid, Monastery of Saint Naum

Day 6: Monastery, Ptolemaida, Thessaloniki

Free day for a last walk in the city or do your shopping from the cheap market of Thessaloniki with its many shops and large outlets. For lunch we suggest a traditional gyros and souvlaki in Aristotelous square. Late afternoon transfer to MACEDONIA Airport, for our return to Cyprus.
