1st day: Panagia Gorgoipikoos Mandra Attica, Corinth, Nafplio

Meeting at Larnaca Airport and departure for Athens. Arrival, pick up by our partners and immediate departure to Nafplio. On the way we will first go to Mandra Town of West Attica, for a pilgrimage to the nunnery of Panagia Gorgoipikou with Her miraculous image and then to the Isthmus of Corinth for a short coffee and rest. Continuing our route, we arrive at our hotel in Nafplio - by far the most beautiful city in Greece, tidy rooms and free time. During our stay for six days, we will enjoy the old city - the first capital of modern Greece with its historic buildings, we will walk on the cobbled streets with the museums and the historic buildings of the city.


Day 2: Poros, Hydra, Nafplio

Today we will visit two of the most beautiful islands of the Saronic Gulf, Poros and Hydra. We go by road to Galatas, where we will take a private boat to sail to Poros. A beautiful island divided into Sfairia and Kalavreia. With the boat we will wander in the Lemon Forest, the Naval Station, the monastery of Zoodochos Pigi Kalavreia and we will stroll in the picturesque port with the numerous sailing boats moored on the waterfront and the numerous shops, restaurants and cafes. Optional lunch at a beach restaurant and return to the port to depart for our next destination Hydra. Impressive mansions with flower-decorated courtyards, narrow cobbled streets with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes where, among others, the bastions with cannons, the statue of Andreas Miaoulis, the Museum, etc. stand out. Return in the afternoon to Galata and then to our hotel in Nafplio.


Day 3: Nafplio. Vytina, Kalavrita, Agia Lavra, Mega Spilaio, Nafplio

Through a wonderful route, we go today to Tripoli and from there through Olympia, we proceed to the beautiful green town of Vytina with its beautiful countryside, parks and running water. We continue to the historic Kalavrita where we will be able to honor with our presence at the Holocaust memorial, tour of the traditional city and optional lunch in a traditional restaurant. Then we will worship at Agia Lavra where the chiefs of the revolution of 1821 were sworn in and we will visit the Monastery of the big cave which is stuck in a rock at an altitude of 924 m. Return to Nafplio and free time.


Day 4: Porto Heli, Spetses, Nafplio

Breakfast. Full day excursion to Spetses, via Porto Heli. We start by the coast for Kranidis and Porto Heli. A beautiful settlement built in a closed bay, with a small harbor and the whole scenery looks like a small island. We will walk for a while on the coast and then we will take a boat to sail for the beautiful Spests, the island of Bouboulina. Impressive mansions, traditional houses with flower-decorated courtyards, beautiful churches. The historic Dapia, old cannon, the mansion of Bouboulina, the old port with Carnagia, cafes, bars, taverns, shops are waiting for us for sergiani, or a ride in a picturesque carriage. At noon, choose a romantic fish tavern and enjoy grilled fish, kakavia, fish ala Spetsiota and try the delicious macaroons. We leave in the afternoon and return to Porto Heli and then to Nafplio.


Day 5: Nafplio

Today we will enjoy the beauties of Nafplio. From the Gate of the Land that was once the only entrance to the city. we enter the picturesque neighborhoods of Nafplio around Akronafplia and the historic center. Picturesque alleys with steps, neoclassical mansions, elegant shops tucked away in alleys, atmospheric bars and quiet taverns, compose the scenery of the city that was the first capital of Greece. Climb to Palamidi to enjoy all the beauty of Nafplio from above. Going down to the old town we will visit the church of Panagia of Nafplio and the church of Agios Spyridon where at the entrance of the morning of September 27, 1831, Ioannis Kapodistrias was killed. Free rest to enjoy the beautiful city, or to do your shopping from the nice shops or even to take a boat from the port and pass opposite the island-fortress (Bourtzi).


Day 6: Nafplio, Agios Ephraim, Larnaca

Free breakfast. At noon return to the hotel, prepare our luggage and departure for the ELEFTHERIOS VENIZELOS Airport with a short stop in Nea Makri for a visit / pilgrimage to the monastery of Agios Ephraim and its Holy Shrine.
