after we had paid deposit and had our tour to Barcelona confirmed, we received email within 2 days saying that the tour is cancelled and proposing we accept a change in dates....

Απαίσια εμπειρία. Δεν εχω ταξιδέψει με το συγκεκριμένο πρακτορείο, αλλά στην προσπάθειά μου να επικοινωνήσω τηλεφωνικώς η υπάλληλος (που προφανώς βαριόταν να μιλήσει) με παρέπεμπε με ένα απαξιωτικο ύφος στο διαδίκτυο. Δεν υπάρχει λόγος να έχετε υπαλλήλους για να μας παραπέμπουν στο διαδίκτυο

Thanks to Ioanna Stefani for the good advice, attentive service, and especially the excellent hotel recommendation. It all helped to take the hassle out of planning our trip to Rome.
We had our cruise with Jewel of the Seas, between the 31/07/21-07/08/21 and it was amazing!
We will definitely book again our next cruise with Let’s Go Tours by Amathus since we had excellent service from all their staff and more specifically from our agent, Mrs. Ioanna Stefani, she was always there to answer all our questions about the cruise and always offered great insights and tips from previous cruisers!
Below are listed the highlights of our cruise:
-Very warm welcome from all the crew, they were very happy to see people again on board!
- Great variety at the buffet at Windjammer which was open from Breakfast and Lunch, delicious food always and also some Greek food for lunch which we enjoyed a lot, moussaka, gyros, souvlaki, stuffed vegetables, Greek feta!
- We enjoyed a lot dining at the Main Dining Room, New York Steak was always included in our menu at no extra charge, we had it 3 out of 7 nights of the cruise, great desserts among our favorites are: Baked Alaska, Apple Pie, Lava Cake!
- Also, we visited for dinner 2 out of the 7 nights the Izumi – Japanese Restaurant, where we enjoyed Sushi so much, the best we ever had!
- Not to forget to mention, visiting the Shops was my personal favorite, great special offers on bags, jewelry, watches, wallets, souvenirs and more! The Shops are open when the ship leaves the ports of call until 23:00!
- The Room Attendant cleans the room twice a day or as you wish, there is a magnetic sign for do not disturb to use. Always making during the evening time a figure made of towels, it was very pleasing and fun!
- We loved having coffees at Latte-Tudes! Our favorites: Iced Mocha, Frappuccino Mocha or Caramel and Hot Cappuccino with Caramel! It is a small charge every time and it varies from 3-6 euros the most expensive coffee!
- Also, one of the highlights was having breakfast in the room at no extra charge!
- Santorini Sunset, we had some great photos while leaving Santorini!
- All the crew always was happy to see us, always with a smile!
- Safety measures for Covid-19 are very well in place, antiseptic stations very often everywhere in the ship, outside of elevators, shops, literally everywhere, mandatory mask wearing, everyone aboard should be vaccinated, and 2 weeks should pass from the last dose.
- Overall a 5* hotel experience at Sea, it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely love to travel again with Jewel and RCCL!😀

Excellent service, we booked last minute honeymoon trip to USA and Mr Yiannakis was more than available to assist. Fast service, helpful and kind. We had a problem during one of our stays in usa but Mr Yiannakis solved this asap. Thank you.
Το ταξιδι στη Σκιαθο, Σκοπελο, Αλοννησο ηταν πληρης αποτυχια, αφου δεν ικανοποιησε στο επακρο οσους ταξιδεψαν τωρα, στις 22/7-28/7. Ο συνοδος (κ. Στεφανος) εκοψε κι εραψε το πρόγραμμα συμφωνα με τα δικα του μετρα και δεν ακολουθησε πιστα το πρόγραμμα του πρακτορειου. Κάθε μερα ακολουθούσαμε τη μιση διαδρομή από τα προβλεπόμενα και γραφομενα με φτηνες δικαιολογιες π.χ. "δεν παει μεχρι εκει το λεωφορειο, δεν υπαρχουν ουτε ως ερειπια οι συγκεκριμενοι αρχαιολογικοι χωροι, αλλαξαν οι ωρες των πλοιων κ.τ.λ." Ημασταν περιπου 20 ατομα και θα μπορουσε να μπει μικρο λεωφορειο για να μπορέσουμε να παμε σε όλα οσα πληρωσαμε! Επισης, μπορουσε να οργανωθεί καλυτερα για να μη μας λεει ο συνοδος ότι τωρα περασε το καραβι και δεν μπορούμε να παμε με το επομενο. Οφειλε να κανει τηλεφωνήματα για να προλαβαίναμε καραβια, αρχαιολογικους χωρους και μονες. Συγκεκριμένα, για καποια μουσεια μας ειπε ότι επισκευαζονταν και ηταν κλειστα και καποιες μονες ότι δεν υπηρχαν ουτε ως ερειπια κι επιπλέον για τη Μονη Σαγματα ότι ειχε κατολισθηση στο δρομο και δεν πηγαμε!!!! Δεν τελειωνει μεχρι εδώ η δυσαρεσκεια μας, αλλα θα κινηθούμε περαιτερω και ομαδικα!....

Terrible service. We booked our trip from February for a cruise for 4 people in June. On the way back the airlines were terrible with not only 2 hours delay but horrible flights and 10 hours waiting in the airport after leaving the ship. Such a waste of time. Although booked from February our seats were not together in the airplane. We got random seats as they must have booked it last minute and same goes for the cabins in the ship. We were 4 and expected to be close to each other, but cabins were in two different sides of the ship as they must got them last minute in special offer. We expected as we booked from that time ago it would have been organised but no. We went to relax but this whole situation was exhausting. Although the service of the ship was excellent we are dissapointed with lets go tours.
