Day 1: Limassol

 Embarkation on Vasco da Gama ship from Limassol port. The ship overnights and departs the next day

Day 2: Limassol

The ship departs at 14:00 from Limassol port.

Day 3: Marmaris

The ship arrives at Marmaris port at 10:00 and departs at 20:00.

Marmaris is one of the most modern cities. You can enjoy on the vibrant waterfront is liberal and open. The half-timbered houses of the Old Town are grouped around the surprisingly well-preserved castle. While, the nearby bays are surrounded by lush forests.

Day 4: Alikarnassos

The ship arrives at Alikarnassos port at 08:00 and departs at 19:00.

Take a day trip around the peninsula in clear blue water, then let loose on a strip in the town aptly called Bar Street and take a glimpse of Bodrum’s past with a visit to a castle built during the Crusades.

In Bodrum Old Town, you won't believe how many different souvenirs you can find. Stands display vibrant wares that will, for years to come, bring to mind the sunny coast of Bodrum.

Bodrum Amphitheatre is a historical site, a theatre almost 2,500 years old which hosts concerts in the summer with an audience capacity of several thousand. Tons of ancient sites abound in and around Europe, but Bodrum Amphitheatre is among the few that can claim to still be in use. You can explore the old amphitheatre and catch some amazing views of the city. 

The Museum of Underwater Archaeology is located inside Bodrum Castle, displaying valuable artefacts of various origins. You'll find shipwrecks dating back to the Hellenistic period of Ancient Greece, as well as antiquities from the Ottoman and Crusader eras. The oldest shipwreck on display in a museum is here, which is around 3,500 years old.

Day 5: Chania

The ship arrives at Souda port at 10:00 and departs at 18:00.

Chania is rich in remnants of the past. Start your adventure in Crete's second-largest city at Venetian Harbor, the entry to the old port. Soak in the vibe while wandering the narrow streets lined with shops and waterfront restaurants serving local fare like zucchini fritters and sardines stuffed with herbs and sun-dried tomatoes. Then head to Souda Bay, a strategic commercial and military harbor since ancient times, where you'll find the Aptera Fortress and the oldest Ottoman building in Crete. Cruise to Crete and stop into Archeological Museum of Chania, with artifacts from neolithic to Roman times. Or splash around in the translucent waters of Fallasarna, a beach surrounded by olive groves.

Day 6: Olympia, Katakolon

The ship arrives at Katakolon port 09:00 and departs at 17:00.

Katakolon is the gateway to Olympia: walk in the footsteps of the Olympians who competed in Olympia more than 2000 years ago. Discover historical buildings, beautiful nature and lively markets in fascinating Greece!

Day 7: Messina, Sicily

The ship arrives at Messina port at 14:00 and departs at 21:00.

The third largest city on the island of Sicily, Messina welcomes cruise ship visitors with its lovely harbor, extraordinary architecture (much of which miraculously survived a horrendous earthquake and tidal wave in 1908) and wonderful food. Stroll through Messina's Piazza Cairoli taking in magnificent fountains and cathedrals, or sip Marsala wine at a sidewalk cafe. 

Messina, the third biggest city in Sicily, includes sights such as the Cathedral and the Piazza del Duomo, Fontana di Nettuno and the Fort of San Salvatore.

The city was recently ranked by Forbes amongst the top five cities in the world with great street food. It was also elected the European Capital of Street Food.

Day 8: Malta - Larnaca

The ship arrives at Valletta port at 09:00. Disembarkation and return flight to Larnaca.
